Lygia Harkins Interiors collaborates closely with architects, builders and contractors to ensure the highest quality results for clients.  We offer complete decoration of homes, full-scale renovations, new home construction design, and small-scale commercial projects in Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond.  You’ll receive all of the benefits of working with a design professional – expertise in space planning, trade-only sourcing, project management with sub-contractors, guidance on custom cabinetry and millwork, and more.

Design Assistant

If you’re looking to refresh a specific area of your home, Design Assistant is a great way to work with us.  We offer guidance on scale, space planning, color, materials, furniture, and décor. We also offer a keen eye for properly incorporating décor you already own and love. Design Assistant will help you discover the benefits of working with a professionally trained interior designer while maintaining your budget and avoiding costly mistakes.  Design fee starts at $1500 per room.

The Process:

Complete our design questionnaire and we'll reach out to schedule a call.  There are no location restrictions.  All correspondence can be done by email.

We discuss budget and proposed scope of project.

We visit your home or you'll send us photographs of the space(s). Measurements of the space(s) are taken.

 

 

Our team establishes design direction and a custom box is sent to you and you will receive:

  • Furniture layout plan drawn to scale, which references directly to the room concept board.

  • Samples of fabric, paint, finishes, and window treatments.

  • Tear sheets for furnishings , rugs and lighting.

  • Shopping list with links to recommended items.
